How to Create Cool Text-Only T-Shirts on Zazzle

The basic idea is to pick good fonts (Zazzle's font catalog has more than 300 fonts in it, some very strange), use a little color, and get everything positioned right -- which sounds obvious, but if so, why do so few people do it?
